Foundation Board

Lois graduated from Eastern Illinois University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Education.  She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois.  She practices law at her firm, Tobin & Ramon.

She stays active in the community as a member of Zonta Club, Boone County Community Foundation, Boone County Historical Museum, Boone County Bar Association, Boone County 4-H livestock auction committee, and Northeast Christian Church.
